  1. Icon Library (ICL) Builder v2.0 <ASP> allows
  2. you to quickly and easily consolidate all
  3. your icons into icon libraries. You can
  4. export icons to bitmap files which can then
  5. be edited by Paint or similar program. After
  6. editing, the bitmap may be imported into ICL
  7. Builder as an icon. Extract icons from .ico
  8. .exe .dll or .icl files. Up to 1000 icons per
